Return Policy

4 Strong Paws Return Policy

Our policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the 4 Strong Paws packaging (original box not required).
To complete your return, we require you to submit a Product Return Request in order to generate your Product Return Number.
If you have a 4 Strong Paws account, visit the My Account page to request a product return.

4 Strong Paws will accept for return and refund any products which:

  1. Returned within at least forty-five (45) days from the purchase date.
  2. Are purchased directly from 4 Strong Paws.
  3. Client has no outstanding balance.
  4. A Product Return Number (PRN) has been issued.
  5. Only the most recent order placed by the client.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once you have submitted your Product Return Request, and the applicable return conditions have been met, we will email you a PRN number that you will put on the return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Procedures

  1. Clients are responsible for paying your own shipping costs.
  2. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  3. All refunds will be made directly to the registered client and a credit will automatically be applied within 15 days of the return date to a credit card or by the original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

  1. If you haven’t received a refund, please first thoroughly check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@4strongpaws.com.
